Nestled in the heart of Bukit Batok, Batokaya is a hidden gem that’s totally worth the visit. I strolled in recently, curious about this private izakaya, and let me tell you, it didn’t disappoint.
Walking through the doors, the vibe hit me right away—relaxed and tasteful. The ambiance? Perfect for enjoying a cozy meal with friends or a memorable date night.
I tried a few dishes and wow, just wow. The crab toast had this incredible crunch that paired beautifully with the rich crab topping. Then, there was the kanpachi ceviche—so refreshing!
