Oh man, if you ever find yourself wandering around Orchard Road, you’ve got to swing by FYSH at EDITION. Nestled right there at 38 Cuscaden Rd, this joint is not just any steakhouse. It’s a whole experience. Picture this: a casual but chic vibe, all thanks to those high ceilings and lush greenery. Seriously, it feels like you’ve stepped into a botanical oasis.

You know what’s even cooler? It’s led by the genius chef Josh Niland, who’s kinda a big deal on the sustainable seafood scene. His dishes are a fun mix of seafood and steakhouse classics, making it the first of its kind outside of Australia. When I went, the menu had this delightful, fishy focus, and lemme tell you, I was here for it!

I started off with grilled squid and that was a game-changer. It totally blew my mind! The whole dish was like art on a plate. Honestly, it’s easy to get lost in the flavors.
