Okay, so I recently stumbled upon this hidden gem called Jiahui Handmade Noodles Shop over at Bukit Batok. It’s in that cozy little area, just a hop away from the main street. The vibe? Super chill, and the folks there are really lovely.

I went in with a bit of a craving. Had to try their porridge, which, let me tell you, is the type you’d want on a rainy day. Not that thick stuff, but a warm, soupy delight that’s packed with goodies. You can tell they care about what they serve.

Now, I saw a bunch of folks going wild for their noodles, like ban mian and mee hoon kuey. And oh man, those fried dumplings? I wasn’t even hungry, but it smelled so good I almost wanted to order a round for the whole block!

They’re open every day from morning ‘til 2 PM, making it the perfect spot for a breakfast run or a quick lunch break. It’s no surprise they’ve racked up a perfect score — 5.0 out of 5!
