Ratings and feedback for PappaRich. (Hospitality and Gastronomy) located in Singapore (Singapore)

Overview
Stumbled upon PappaRich while at Changi Airport’s Terminal 2, and what a mixed bag it was! The place is kinda cozy, and hey, if you’re hungry, it’s one of the few options. I grabbed the Penang Kway Teow and roasted chicken rice. Honestly, both were solid, totally hit the spot. 🍜🐔
But here’s the kicker: service. I mean, it’s a casual vibe, right? Yet the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed—like they were operating on a 5-minute lunch break! Took a while for my order, and at one point, I felt like I was bothering them. 😅 The reviews back this up; some folks said the staff were downright rude. Not ideal!
That said, I could still see potential. The food? Tasty! The Nasi Lemak had rave reviews, and other dishes seem worth exploring. Plus, it’s open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner—so kinda convenient.
One thing I noticed: they’re set up for takeout too, which is cool if you’re in a rush. Wheelchair accessible? Check! They’re all about comfort, it seems. But, man, if they could polish up their service a bit, they’d really have something special on their hands.
All in all, if you’re at the airport and craving some Asian food, PappaRich could be your go-to—just don’t expect top-tier service and be prepared for a little wait.
